A customer contacted Link yesterday morning with a problem that needed solving the same day. Using stock materials, we managed to manufacture two adjustable product guides. We delivered them 40 miles away to the customer by 17.00 hours, less than seven hours after we received the call. Whilst this was only a small job, we aim to help our customers however we can, and in the timeframe that they require.
